レースを縫い付けている部分は全て生地を手裁断で行い何十パーツにも分けていきます。この時に少しでも裁断がずれてしまうと縫い付けるときに本体が引き付けを起こしてしまいます。 -
最初に本体とレースを直線で縫い付けます。
その後ミシンを変えて細かいギャザーをよせた後もう１種類のレースを縫い付けていきます。
色んな手法でレースを縫い付けてきた職人の手で行うことによってoverlace独特のレースの表現が完成されていきます。
